Our lives are made up of stories.  Some of them funny, some of them tragic.  But stories nonetheless.  Stories that deserve to be told.

When our stories are unpacked and put on display, something powerful happens.  Through humor or seriousness, the act of storytelling forces us to look at ourselves the way others view us…warts and all.

Allen strives to bring truth and candor through the stories which, while they may not represent actual facts, represent the real lives of teens and adults in our world.  Sometimes these stories are hard to think about…they seem so far off…but they are actually the stories of those who we share our lives with everyday…they could even be our own.
